Every Ushve order is handcrafted in Jaipur and dispatched with care to your address. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process — timelines, charges, tracking, and more.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. During festive seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery across India typically takes 4-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) usually receive orders within 4-5 days. Remote and Tier 2/3 cities may take 5-7 business days.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders may carry an additional handling fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your shipment in real time through our courier partner. For any tracking-related queries, write to us at support@ushve.com with your order ID.
International Shipping
At this time, Ushve ships exclusively within India. We are working on expanding to international destinations soon — join our newsletter to be notified when international shipping goes live.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of acceptance, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping undeliverable orders. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout.

Every Ushve order is delivered in our signature packaging — designed to feel refined, elegant, and gift-ready from the moment you open it. Each piece is securely placed in its own pouch or box, accompanied by a thank you card.
