At Ushve, every piece is handcrafted in Jaipur with the kind of detail that takes hours of skilled artistry. We want you to love your jewellery — but if something is not quite right when it arrives, we are here to make it right. Please review this policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and the invoice intact. Please record an unboxing video at the time of opening your package — this is required for any damage or defect claim.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof, along with your order ID. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement at the earliest. If the same piece is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate, handcrafted, and hygienic nature of jewellery, the following are non-returnable: earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons), customised or personalised pieces, gift cards, sale or clearance items, and any product showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery. We recommend reviewing product details, dimensions, and care instructions carefully before placing an order.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@ushve.com with your order ID, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos or unboxing video. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and share next steps along with the return shipping instructions.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or design issues on eligible products, subject to availability. If the new piece you wish to exchange for has a price difference, the balance will either be collected or refunded accordingly. Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns.

Refund Process

Once your returned piece reaches us and passes quality inspection, refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. The amount may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer to a verified account.

Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or wrong-item deliveries, return shipping is on us. For all other eligible returns and exchanges, the return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer. Please use a trackable courier service and share the tracking ID with our team — we cannot accept responsibility for return packages lost in transit without tracking.

Quality Warranty

Every Ushve piece is covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty covers issues such as plating peeling or stone loosening under normal wear conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure beyond reasonable everyday wear, or normal wear and tear.
