To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. We accept returns for products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain items, such as earrings for hygiene reasons, are non-returnable unless they are defective.


Return Timeframes

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return within 7 business days. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


Return Procedures

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ushve.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.


Return Shipping and Packaging Requirements

When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
