We accept return claims only under the following circumstances:
● The product is received in a broken or damaged condition
● An incorrect item has been delivered
● An item is missing from your order
To maintain fairness for all customers, Ushve offers replacement only for eligible cases. Refunds are not applicable under return claims.
To help us resolve issues quickly and transparently, an unboxing video is required for all return claims.
Your video must:
● Clearly show the sealed outer package as received
● Capture the entire unboxing process in one continuous recording
● Clearly display the product
● Highlight the issue (damage / missing / incorrect item)
Please ensure:
● The video is unedited and uninterrupted
● The claim is raised within 48 hours of delivery
This process protects both you and Ushve from transit discrepancies and ensures a smooth resolution.
If your order qualifies:
1. Share your Order ID
2. Share your registered contact number
3. Attach at least 2 clear images of the product
4. Attach the complete unboxing video

Our team will review your request within 24–48 working hours.
Every Ushve piece comes with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
● Manufacturing defects
● Plating issues under normal usage
This warranty does not cover:
● Damage caused by misuse
● Exposure to water, perfume, or harsh chemicals
● Physical damage after delivery
● Normal wear and tear over time
If you experience a size or quality concern:
● Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
● Ship the item to our warehouse for Quality Assessment (QA)
● Based on inspection, the piece will be repaired or replaced
● The updated/replacement product will be shipped back to you
Refunds are not applicable under warranty claims.
Repaired or replaced items are non-refundable.
● Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
● If cancellation is requested before dispatch (where applicable), shipping charges will be deducted.
● Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
● Promotional or festive offer products may not be eligible for cancellation.
● Products must be returned in original packaging.
● Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
● Reshipped articles are non-refundable.
● In case of refusal of delivery, applicable shipping and handling charges will be deducted.
