Refusal of Tampered or Damaged Packages

If your Ushve package arrives in a condition that does not meet our standards of excellence—showing signs of tampering or damage—please refuse to accept it. To ensure a swift resolution, kindly document the issue with a video and two photos, and share them with us at support@ushve.com within 24 hours of the attempted delivery. Upon reviewing your submission, we will promptly dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.


Return or Exchange

You may return or exchange your Ushve jewellery within 48 hours of receiving it, provided the piece remains unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. We will gladly cover the shipping costs for exchanges if the item is damaged in transit or if we have sent the wrong product, ensuring your experience remains as flawless as our craftsmanship.
